Return Policy

RETURNS: Only hot sell items of Standard, non-customized parts may be returned and will be subject to a restocking fee. Any non-customized item returned must receive prior authorization, and must be in original packaging, packed in the same manner as you received it and in new condition with a copy of invoice. Once return authorization is granted, items must be received within 30 days. Refund will be made within 15 days of receipt after evaluation of returned goods. No refund of shipping charges will be issued on returned items.

No item will be granted authorization for return after 30 days of purchase.

Any items that are made-to-order or custom modified are not returnable.

Returns are subject to quantity, size and overall price.

How do I cancel items ?

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the delivery time provided by us fails to meet your engineering requirements, or you make a wrong model, we will accept the application for cancellation within 24 hours, and we will refund after obtaining the approval of e-motionsupply.If you pay by bank wire transfer, we will refund you in full; if you pay through credit card or PayPal, we will not be able to refund 3-4% of the handling fee charged by credit card or PayPal.

We recommend  customers to pay by wire transfer or check.
