VIP Account Sales Manager (Texas Region)
Job description: VIP customer sales manager mainly serves
E-MotionSupply's growing OEM customer base in North America, provides the most
competitive prices and solutions according to the number of OEM customer
orders, keeps up with the changes in the OEM customer market, and responds to
Challenges posed by variations in order sizes and quantities.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue goals.
Set account policies regularly.
Regular reporting on client forecasts, opportunity funnels
and progress, and campaigns.
Evaluate and implement effective sales techniques to achieve
Diligently and timely support clients through the
Call a design engineer, buyer, or other technical
professionals with decision-making authority and/or influence.
Professionally present products and services to technical
and non-technical groups.
Some travel, occasional overnight stay.
Consult clients on barriers and solutions needed to improve
satisfaction and increase revenue.
Synthesize and make product and service recommendations to
Facilitate meetings with product managers, engineers and
executives to support business development activities.
Strong awareness and knowledge of the competitive and
competitive landscape for clients and opportunities.
Other job-related duties and responsibilities that may be

At least 3 years experience in industrial sales. Experience
in selling motion control parts is a plus.
Sales experience in the semiconductor, medical and electric
vehicle markets is a plus.
